Wellness Variety

A little too sweet. I think I would rather just drink water.

I liked that you got 3 different supplements in the one bag, they are different flavors and serve different purposes. I also like that they are pre measured and easy to take with you to work or travel. Taste was pretty good, definitely palatable. I found them to be effective - each one for what it is supposed to do. One thing to note though is that since they all have vitamins, minerals and other supplements in them, you probably should not take other supplements (unless recommended by your doctor) while taking these, so as not to overload - or read the nutrition facts to ensure you aren't overloading on certain vitamins, minerals or supplements.

They help so much with every day wellness and balance. Worth it!

When they came out with the new variety wellness pack , I had to purchase. My fav flavors of this pack is the energy and the sleep. I bought separate bags of those. Hopefully they will make them in the canisters soon. I always recommend to friends and family for years. I have been using Keto vitals for 3+ years. When I wrote to keto vitals . That I had been a fan for years and I advertise everywhere I go. I asked why the price so high on the stick packets compared to canisters (on the regular flavors). Cost them more for production them in the packets. In case anyone else wants to know.

Gritty, and I only liked the Elderberry. The other two flavors were too sweet and didn't taste good.
